Terms and Conditions
Version ACYFER-VISION-TERMS-LA0-2026-08-19 - last updated 19 August 2026.
1. Operator and draft status
Acyfer Vision is operated by Acyfer di Davide Zagami. VAT is IT05836690874. Registered office, jurisdiction, and legal-notice email remain placeholders for final legal review. This LA v0 text is not effective. The platform may be promoted to Limited Availability through a signed internal decision, but customer production access remains invite-only and requires an approved enrollment, order, DPA, and scope.
2. Service and permitted use
The Service receives supported vehicle images or videos, runs approved analysis workflows, and returns structured results and rendered artifacts for human review. Use is limited to lawful business purposes and content you are authorized to process. You must not probe another tenant, bypass controls, upload malicious or unlawful content, or disrupt the Service.
3. Accounts, workspaces, and credentials
Authorized organization administrators control membership and workspaces. Keep credentials and API keys confidential, apply least privilege, and promptly report suspected misuse. Access may be limited to approved organizations, workspaces, sites, models, media types, capacity, and dates.
4. Customer content and outputs
You retain rights in submitted media and customer-specific results. Acyfer processes them to provide, secure, support, back up, recover, and delete the Service under the Privacy Notice and applicable DPA. Outputs are decision-support evidence and may contain errors. A qualified person must review them before claim, repair, safety, valuation, payment, eligibility, or other consequential use.
5. Models and supported scope
Production support applies only to model releases identified by slug, release ID, artifact digest, supported media, label schema, and approved evidence in the effective scope. Access to an implemented adapter or model family does not imply support for arbitrary packages. ByteTrack is limited to approved video-detection releases.
6. Capacity, performance, and changes
Use is limited to the customer-specific envelope. The base draft does not promise universal completion time, sustained throughput, concurrency, availability, or service credits. Material scope, schema, or model changes must be versioned and communicated through the recorded customer route; applicable deprecation notice is controlled by the effective lifecycle policy.
7. Charges and professional services
LA fees, usage allowances, taxes, and payment terms are set only in a separate order. There is no self-service checkout, automated invoicing, automatic overage charge, or paid-plan conversion in the base draft. Optional implementation or custom engineering is separately scoped and does not turn unsupported features into standard product scope.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Acyfer and its licensors retain rights in the Service, documentation, models, workflows, and improvements, excluding customer content and rights expressly granted in an agreement. Feedback may be used to improve the Service without identifying the customer or training on customer media unless separately agreed.
9. Suspension, termination, and data handling
Acyfer may restrict access to protect security, prevent unlawful use, contain an incident, or enforce an agreed limit. Export opportunity, active-data deletion, recovery periods, backup expiry, and offboarding are controlled by the effective enrollment, DPA, and verified retention behavior.
10. Warranties, liability, law, and contact
Final warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnities, governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute terms must be completed in the executed customer agreement after legal review. Contact support@acyfer.com for service matters and security@acyfer.com for security reports. Do not email customer media, credentials, API keys, or sensitive results.
