- Production deployment
- A customer environment processing live business data continuously for at least 30 days.
- Active deployment
- A production deployment with activity during the previous 90 days.
- Customer
- A separately contracted legal entity; departments are not counted separately.
- Inspection
- One admitted vehicle-media workflow that reaches a terminal result under the defined scope.
- Pilot / proof of concept
- Reported separately and never included in production totals.

- Versioned release notes and a feature/model capability matrix.
- Reproducible image and video benchmark reports with model cards.
- Customer-approved case studies and attributable production metrics.
- Public status history, trust/architecture materials, and subprocessor information.
- Measured queue, latency, rejection, override, and reliability metrics using dated methodologies.
Every published claim should identify its definition, as-of date, methodology or source, and applicable product/model version.
